Race week
From Thursday through Monday, the Ironman Expo will be open every day from 9:00 am to 07:00 pm. You will find professionals of sport suits, health and many other topics for information and breaking news. Not forgetting animations throughout the week.
Race day
Welcomed to the greatest sportive party of the summer! With live music since 06:30 am, you, spectators will be the privileged witnesses of the IRONMAN’s incredible performances!
Swim
You will have the possibility to follow the swim, up from the rows of seats located on the Promenade des Anglais. Giant screen and speakers will provide all the information: time, names … Let’s start this special day together!
Bike
In each village crossed by the cyclists, you will also be able to see and support the athletes before their arrival on the Promenade des Anglais. Download here the best spots for watching the athletes on the bike course.
For the needs of the race, some roads will be closed during the passage of athletes. You can download those informations for each town crossed by the race:

Run
Come and support the athletes on the very last part of the competition, 4 loops of run, sea front, live music, volunteers, pros will wait for you applause to award their efforts! Rows of seats are free to allow the maximum of people sharing the FinishLine’s privileged emotions!
IronKIDS
The IronKIDS, aquathlon reserved to the kids from 8 to 15 years old, will take place at 10:00 am, at the beach Plage du Centenaire, during the bike of the IRONMAN.
What a show! Be a part of such an event, you will always remember emotion, thrills and share the joy with athletes, volunteers, and organising team!
