Bike and Transitions bags Check-In

On Saturday afternoon, bikes and helmets must be checked in the transition area (on the Promenade des Anglais to the Opéra Plage in ascending order) according to the following schedule:

CheckIn Saturday 25.06:

2:00 pm – 3:00 pm start no. 2600 – 2001
3:00 pm – 4:00 pm start no. 1501 – 2000
4:00 pm – 5:00 pm start no. 1001 – 1500
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm start no. 501 – 1000
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm start no. 1 – 500

Please respect your slot time!

Along with Bike Check In, you will hand in your transition bags (Bike bag & Run bag).
On race day from 5:00 am to 6:15 am, only athletes will be allowed to enter the transition area and have access to their bikes.

Special needs race provision
Special needs bags will not be in your athlete package, neither marked with your race number.
 
If you plan a special needs aid station (bike and run), you are in charge of asking for special needs bags at on spot race registration. Your Race number will be marked immediately on the bags.
Please use the bags exclusively for special needs and not for valuables and clothing because they will be thrown away after the race. The organiser will not take any responsibility for lost items.
You will hand in your special needs bags on race day from 5:00 am to 6:15 am at tbike park entrance.

CHECK – OUT  bike
You may pick up your bike in the transition area on race day from 5:30 am to 11:30 pm. Afterwards the transition area is unguarded and the organiser cannot be held responsibile for any loss.
You must return your tiling chip in order to exit the Bike Park.

Live results and coverage are available at www.ironmanlive.com.

Printed results will be available during the race at the Info stand in the Expo Village. 
Results can be downloaded from the RESULTS section on our website from Tuesday onwards.

Certificates
You could download your finisher certificate a few days after the race on www.marathon-photos.com.

Disqualification
The disqualifications-list will be updated regularly at the Infos stand during race day.

Lost & Found
Please come to the Info stand if you lose or found anything. You may go through all of the lost & found items at the Info stand on Monday from 10:00 am onwards.

Photos
You can order your finisher-photos online at www.marathon-photos.com.
Otherwise, you can buy them at the Expo Village the day after the race.

Medals
You will receive a medal and a T-Shirt just after the race.
You will be able to personnalize your medal with your last name, first name and time by means of 13 euros.
