Take part to
the 3rd Iron Girl France – Nice!
Same day and same place as the Ironman Nice, the Iron Girl is a 5 km run along the sea on the prestigious Promenade des Anglais RESERVED FOR WOMEN.
Start: 9.00 AM in front of the Théatre de Verdure, on the Promenade des Anglais
Finish: on the same Finishline as the Ironman
2 euros are donated to the INDIGO association for each entry. So, the participants will be part of both a sporting and charitable event!

4 categories
The race is divided into 4 categories: single, “Family” (team of 2 max), “Friends”, (team of 2 max) or “Company” (team of 2 max).
Team: Members of a team do NOT have to run together, nor finish together to qualify. Finish times of the team will be added together to determine a combined finishing time.
You will each have a timing tag and you both race the distance, this is not a relay.
You do not have to finish together.
The race
Start: 09.00am
1 lap of 5km on the Promenade des Anglais
1 water aid station at the middle of the circuit
There’s only one obligation: to finish under 1 hour!

Collective warm up:
The coach of DEEP NATURE SPA NICE proposes you a warm-up session on race day.
Join all Iron Girl participant at 8:30am before the startline and enjoy!
Cloakrooms : deposit and pick up your belongings on race day from 8.00 am to 10.00 am in the cloakrooms area located in the Expo Village.
