WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE

Option 1: Transfer
Athletes can transfer their race entry according to the “Race Transfer Policy” – please read the details here.
Athletes can transfer their slots until 24.04.12.
From 25.04.12: no transfer possible and no money will be refunded.
Option 2: Refund
The withdrawal form has to be send to withdrawal@ironman.com until the following dates:
Until 24.02.2012 > 50 % cancellation fee (which means a refund of 50% of the entry fee)
From 25.02.2012 until 24.04.2012 > 25% cancellation fee (which means a refund of 25% of the entry fee)
From 25.04.2012 NO REFUND!
