Volunteer, you are the pillar of this organization! 

 

Indeed, the Event doesn’t exist without you! At present, you are nearly of 1500 people to help us every year !!! 

 

Historic: The first IRONMAN France – Nice Race started in 2005, with 700 volunteers. Each year, volunteer’s number increases: 900 in 2006, then 1 100 in 2007, 1400 in 2008 and finally 1500 volunteers the next year!

 

 

This year again, we cannot do it alone – as always, we need your help! 

 

You would like to be volunteer for the first time?! For your information, to be volunteer on the IRONMAN France- Nice refers to some key points: 

• Contributing to the success of an international sport event
• Assisting all athletes in their effort
• Ensuring safety’s competitors
• Giving time for a fantastic race
• Cheering the athletes during the race
• Living and to discovering the event from the inside

 

A few dates to remember !

Thursday 20th June 2013: The event takes place by the opening of Ironman Expo, implanted on “La Promenade des Anglais” and by the beginning of the registration of the athletes.

Sunday 23^rd June 2013: 6:25am means the start of the competition on “la plage du Centenaire”.

Monday 24th June 2013 : « HEROES Night » takes place to the “Parc Phoenix” (implanted near the airport) and also the Awards ceremony, where athletes will receive their slot for Hawaii.
