Assignments MEDIA :

- Welcome and inform all journalists

- Organize the press conference

- Write and send the press releases

- Manage media on the FinishLine

- Assist and to transmit all information to speakers and DJs

Description of the mission SWIM :

First, you have to welcome the journalists and to inform them during the Event.

Then, you have to organize the press conference, which will take place in Nice, at the Hostel “Le Negesco”. You also have to write and to send all press releases.

Finally, you have to assist speakers and DJs : you have an important role : you are a relay for information. You transmit all information to them.
